This policy covers the Compounding Todos app for iPhone and this website. In short: the app collects nothing, and the website sets no cookies.

Who is responsible

The developer of Compounding Todos, based in Finland, is the controller of any personal data described here. Contact: support@innolight.xyz.

The app

• Your todos and habits are stored only on your device, in the app's own database. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
• There is no account, no sign-in, and no server.
• The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
• Deleting the app deletes its data.

What Apple processes

Apple processes data when you download the app from the App Store, and when your iPhone backs up to iCloud (backups include the app's data). Apple's privacy policy covers that processing. If you choose to share analytics with app developers, Apple gives us crash reports and usage statistics that are aggregated or anonymised; they do not identify you.

This website

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties: no fonts, scripts, or trackers.

Vercel Inc. hosts the website as our processor. Like any web server, it logs requests, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Vercel may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the app keeps your data only on your device, you exercise most of these rights in the app itself. For anything else, email support@innolight.xyz.

You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or to the authority where you live.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and its effective date. Material changes are also noted in the app's release notes.
